Our Nature Recordings are are very popular and in particular the CD

"Birds of New Zealand" It has 38 land and sea bird calls. This CD was recorded at outdoor locations, including the fabulous "Dawn Chorus" of the forest birds. The top selling bird call CD on the market. A 12 page booklet is included with colour illustrations and ornithological details of many of the birds.

We also have another beautiul Cd call " Melody of the Birds". Bird calls of the New Zealand forest heard to the lush background of a string orchestra. Versions of many of Māoridom's best loved melodies played by the Brian Hands Concert Orchestra. Among the tunes are "Pōkarekare Ana", "Haere Mai", "Waikaremoana", "Karu Karu", and "Pō; Atarau" ("Now Is The Hour"). Bird calls of the tūī, fantail, bellbird, grey warbler and many others.

Another we have is called ' Pukaha: Bird Songs from the Forest'

A CD of bird song native to Pukaha, or Mt. Bruce forest in the Wairarapa. Takes the listener from one dawn to another - The Wakening, Playtime, Waiata Manu Huia (a waiata, or prayer about the extinct huia bird, sung by the Rangitäne o Wairarapa iwi), and The Night Shift. Informative 48 page booklet with numerous colour photographs.

The calls of twelve different New Zealand native birds is heard, one each hour, on the hour. The auto playback is off during the night. The clock comes in dark and light wood surround and is of strong, sturdy construction with a black plastic back. There is a two page information sheet on the birds and an instruction sheet for the clock's operation. The clock takes 3 x AA batteries, one for the clock, and two for the bird songs. A reset button allows setting correct bird songs to the hour. A great way to learn to recognise the various calls.
